Jared Loughner's Peculiar Brand of Lunacy, A Premature Guess

I think he is basically an anarchist. We hear that he was left-wing in 2007, and he likes both Marx and Hitler's writings, and he rants about currencies and such. If there's a coherent ideology behind it all, it's anarchy of a crazy variety. After all, in 2007 a respectable anarchist would be against the current U.S. government, i.e. the Bush Administration, and in 2011 he would be against the current U.S. government, i.e. the Obama Administration. I've never read Mein Kampf, obviously, but I have read the Communist Manifesto and it's a reasonably anarchist document. I would guess he's the sort who just thinks that all governments everywhere are massive conspiracies to control the people, etc. etc. Not a specifically right-wing kind of crazy, although the Tea Parties do like to talk about libertarianism and being anti-government per se (though it's debatable whether they actually are).
